The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near two tram routes, making it easy to get around this city. It is also close to excellent cafes for breakfast on Gertrude St The hotel facilities are clean and the parking is free, a major advantage.
Can't fault anything about it.

During my recent stay at Melbourne Metropole, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the apartment. The kitchen area, dining table, and lounge provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was roomy and the bed was cozy. The bathroom, although not very large, had all the necessary amenities. The apartment even had a balcony, a nice touch. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a tram stop right outside and convenient parking on site. I had a great experience at Melbourne Metropole and would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This place has a fantastic location, it's close to everything and there are many fine restaurants on the Southside. The service staff is excellent, I love the room amenities and the terrace is lovely. I also appreciate the free shuttle service.
